Patrina is a recent graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Speech and Language Therapy from Birmingham City University. She is excited to begin her career as a Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, working with children at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
During her studies, Patrina developed a strong interest in paediatric areas such as Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and bilingualism. Growing up in a bilingual household gave her a unique perspective on how language diversity shapes communication, and this has fuelled her passion for supporting children from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Patrina is eager to make a positive impact in her new role by helping children improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.
