Michelle is a neonatal specialist speech and language therapist at Broomfield Hospital (Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust) where she established a new service provision in 2016. She has experience of working with neonates over the last 22 years and prior to her current role worked at Barts Health and the Evelina London Children’s Hospital. In 2020, Michelle was the Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) Neonatology Allied Health Professionals Advisor for a national review of neonatal services in England.
Michelle is the secretary of the RCSLT's Clinical Excellence Network (CEN) and is an SLT representative for the Allied Health Professionals neonatal conference committee.
