RCSLT has teamed up with Wiltshire Farm Foods to host a pop-up dysphagia dining experience on Wednesday 4 September in London, giving those on modified diets a special restaurant experience.
Working together with Wiltshire Farm Foods, we are hosting a pop-up dysphagia dining experience at stylish restaurant Kapara in the heart of London’s theatre district on Wednesday 4 September 2024 at 12.30pm.
The pop-up is an exciting opportunity for those on a modified diet to enjoy a complimentary world-leading Level 4 Pureed meal carefully prepared by Whiltshire Farm Foods. Chefs Phil Rimmer and Jethro Lawrence will be preparing and serving an unforgettable Level 4 meal to guests who are on a modified (IDDSI) diet as well as those who are not.
Wiltshire Farm Foods specialise in creating award-winning meals in line with the latest IDDSI guidance ensuring that food is a safe texture for those who have eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties and require a softer texture modified diet. They believe it’s important that taste and aesthetic aren’t compromised just because some individuals require their food to be pureed.
The experience is open to anyone with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties who is on a modified diet accompanied by their friends, colleagues, relatives or carers. If you know or work with someone who would enjoy the experience of eating out while on a modified diet, please do share the details with them.
Spaces are limited, so make sure you book your place now.
