Have your say on our Professional Development Framework

We are inviting views on the RCSLT Professional Development Framework to find out how much awareness there is of the framework, how people are using it and if we need to make any changes.

The framework, published in March 2023, provides a structured format to support individuals, managers, and organisations to identify the learning and professional development needs of speech and language therapy practitioners across the whole career span, in all sectors, and all UK countries.

The evaluation survey is open to all, and we are inviting everyone with an interest in this work to help us by sharing their views. This not only includes SLTs but also their managers, colleagues and other stakeholders. Please share the survey widely within your networks and on social media using #RCSLTProfDev.

Bristol Speech and Language Therapy Research Unit has been contracted to design and analyse the results of the evaluation survey, with all anonymised responses being shared with them. Data will be held in the RCSLT system and responses can be withdrawn at any time. Please refer to our privacy notice for further information about the use of data.
