Monday 14th October 2024: High volume of support requests  Ongoing

We are experiencing a high number of membership applications and enquiries, therefore we may not be able to process your request as quickly as normal. We will respond to you as soon as we can. If you are an RCSLT member, you can update your details directly on your account profile.

Tuesday 29th October 2024: Issues with search – Ongoing
We have identified some areas for improvement with the search area and are actively working to resolve this as a priority.

Wednesday 22 May 2024:
Wiley Journals access disruptionResolved
Wiley journal collection access not loading successfully for logged in members, causing members to not be able to access any journals within the Wiley collection.

Thursday 4 April 2024: Resolved

If you have reached out to the RCSLT via phone with regards to your membership between 18 March – 3 April, and have left us a voicemail; we regret that your voicemail cannot be processed due to a technical error. Please email the membership team on membership@rcslt.org instead and we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.

December 2023: Emerald Journals access disruption Resolved

Users accessing our Emerald journal collection may be experiencing some issues with successfully connecting to the journals and volumes available to them. We are investigating this issue and hope to have a resolution soon.
