RCSLT Conference 2019

On September 25 and 26 this year, more than 400 delegates gathered at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham for this years’s RCSLT Conference.

This year’s event explored, Improving quality in speech and language therapy: Everyone’s business, and showcased the latest in research and service delivery innovations.

Conference themes included:

  • New evidence for quality clinical practice
  • Approaches to improvement: quality improvement, improvement science and implementation science
  • Co-production of clinical services and research
  • Collaboration, integrated service delivery and the value-added of speech and language therapy
  • Leadership across the profession at all levels (clinical leadership, academic/clinical academic leadership, and management)
